What is a RSS Feed?

It stands for Really Simple Syndication

A RSS Feed delivers regularly updated headlines of free web site content, in a Really Simple Syndication style; these headlines will show up in your browsers bookmark or your favorite RSS Feed reader.

The headlines are dynamic, not like normal bookmarks, which are static (not updated), our RSS Feed is updated in real-time for you to keep up-to-date with each of the many topics. By, simply clicking on one of the headlines in your RSS Feed Reader you will be taken directly to that topic for a complete view - similar to a bookmark.

The primary difference between bookmarks and RSS Feeds is that the RSS Feed keeps you informed to changing events on our web site. And, it is a free web site service that costs you nothing.

For more information describing RSS Feeds, read the New York Times article, "Fine-Tuning Your Filter for Online Information."

How do you use RSS Feed?

It is simple to install and easy to read.

It is simple subscribe to our RSS Feeds, but first you will need a RSS Feed reader. To install a RSS Feed reader you have two choices; 1.) Using IE Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla Firefox 2.0, or 2.) Subscribing to one of the many RSS Feed services. Personally, our feeling is the easiest way to install a RSS Feed reader is to upgrade to the newest IE Explorer or Firefox. RSS is built into each browser and will allow you to subscribe to our RSS web site service free.

Note: If you do not subscribe to a RSS Feed service or do not have the current version of your browser installed on your computer, our RSS will display unfriendly, unformatted code, and most likely be of no value.

The latest versions of IE Explorer and Firefox you can simply click on the RSS Feed link to view or subscribe to it. Google Reader, My Yahoo, AOL, and Bloglines are popular web-based feed readers. Some popular feed readers include Amphetadesk (Windows, Linux, Mac), FeedReader (Windows), RSSReader (Windows) and NewsGator (Windows - integrates with Outlook).

Once you have your RSS Feed Reader, it is a matter of finding topics you are interested in from our list above and adding it to your Feed Reader. You many also subscribe to RSS Feed throughout our web site when you see the small RSS icon, which lets you know a feed is available for that particular subject.

With our RSS Feeds you can stay up-to-date to the Latest Wet T-Shirt Contest submissions or the Top 10 Tote Bag, Messenger Bag or Diaper Bag designs. You can also subscribe to blog a special interest such as our products, critiques, or designs categories.
